Life is challenging.
Let’s figure it out together.
Psychotherapy for adults online
and in-person in Back Bay
People come to therapy when life gets to be too much.
Getting ourselves in good working order starts with understanding our authentic selves and learning how to manage difficult feelings.
Clients often come to therapy when they’re muddling through setbacks, navigating complicated relationships, or feeling like their usual ways of coping aren’t working. Life brings disappointment, conflict, and uncertainty, and therapy can offer a space to make sense of it.
The world can feel like a lot these days. Relationships get complicated, and that inner critic can be tough to handle. In therapy, we’ll work on helping you sit with hard feelings, tune into what you really need, and find some calm even when things feel chaotic.
Lasting change begins with looking deeper.
We'll go beneath your presenting concerns to discover what’s really at stake—recurring thought patterns, emotional habits, and unmet needs that shape how you move through the world.
Together, we’ll explore your values and goals, and experiment with new ways of thinking, feeling, and relating. Over time, you’ll develop more clarity, more resilience, and more freedom to respond instead of react.
With support, you can uncover what’s not working and start to shift it.
My training has helped me explore challenges we all face: listening without distraction, tolerating difficult feelings, and sitting with pain without rushing to make it go away. By guiding clients along this path, we work toward lasting, meaningful change.
My goal is to help you strengthen your ability to understand yourself, change what’s not working, and move toward a life more aligned with who you truly are.
We can meet in person or online.
I offer in-person sessions in my Back Bay office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Video sessions are available on Thursdays and Fridays if you’re unable to meet in person.
